Just a quickie...

So the last two days i've been super busy at work but i just wanted to post a quick something or other...

Just like a half hour ago i was going out for a smoke, i walked past one of the other managers, she turns to me and says "So, when are we promoting you", i said half jokingly "right now", she says "No really, are you done talking to Joe about contracts", i say "oh hell yeah, if you got an opening i'll take it", she says "Ok, him and I are going to have a conversation"...

That means good things for me... i hope that convo goes well...

It wasn't all that bad. They worked us like dogs though. Twelve hour days wearing a bunch of gear that's close to a hundred pounds kinda sucks...I could use a good rub down and rub off.
